This is an unusual pair of Lucas FT11 foglamps. They were made in the 1970s and are generally in good condition, working, with wiring pigtails.

These are newly made genuine right hand drive (RHD) Lucas H4 7-inch round convex headlamps with new halogen Lucas P43 (60/55W) bulbs, imported from England and supplied in updated green and white Lucas boxes. They are similar to the Lucas European lamps we also sell, but are updated to take the more modern P43 bulbs. They say "Lucas H4" on the glass, indicating they are designed for halogen bulbs. This is a pair of genuine new Lucas 7-inch headlamp bowls/buckets, complete with adjusters and inner and outer retaining rings.  Dust seals for the headlamp rims and rubber gaskets are also included. This is the three-adjuster style, correct for most British cars of the 1950s with 7-inch headlamps. This is a beautiful and rare Lucas L494 reversing lamp, in new old stock unused condition, but with some minor pimpling in the chrome, a very common flaw with cast lamps such as this. The chrome shines beautifully and the pimples are hard to spot unless one looks closely. Lamps like these were commonly used on Austin-Healeys, Triumph TR2-3-4-5-250, MGA, MGB, Magnette, MG TD and TF, and so many other British cars. Lucas Square 8 foglamps are rare, especially NOS lamps with YELLOW lenses. They are in perfect, unmarked condition but with no original packaging remaining. This hydraulic switch is the right one for just about every British car made in the 1940s, 1950s, and early 1960s, including MGA, Triumph TR3, TR4, MGB, and Healey. It is also the correct switch for early Volvos, possibly Alfa-Romeos, and other cars. It has a 1/8" pipe thread and is pretty close to a universal switch.
