Lucas Electrical

This is a new genuine Lucas SRB316 starter solenoid.   It is the correct starter solenoid for most six-cylinder Jaguars, including XK120, XK140, XK150, E-type, Mark I, Mark 2, Mark VII, Mark VIII, Mark IX, Mark IX, S-type, 420, 240, 340, Daimler 2 1/2, 250, SP250, as well as early MGB, Triumph TR2, TR3, TR4, big Healey, Land Rover, and many others. This is a perfect, new production Lucas starter solenoid SRB325 in its original box. These solenoids are once again being produced in the UK under Lucas license and supplied in genuine Lucas boxes, as shown in the picture. It is the correct starter solenoid for Mini, Austin-Healey Sprite (1275 cc), MG Midget (1275 cc), Land Rover, Triumph Spitfire and GT6, Morris, Austin, and many others. It is a beautifully made part, far nicer than most of the reproduction British parts made today.

This is a new reproduction long-neck Lucas battery cutout switch. It is nicely made and in perfect, new condition. It is similar to the type of switch used on Austin-Healey 100-4, 100-6 and 3000 and some Aston Martins. It would be a great addition for any older car for which you might want antitheft protection or isolation to reduce the likelihood of electrical fires during storage. 

Super rare Original NOS Lucas battery terminal shutoff switch. One UK vendor believes these were standard fitment on a lot of 1950s specialist sports and racing cars and used in competition cars such as BMC Minis, Lotus Cortinas and the like. These are almost never found in this condition. Sadly, we only have one.

This is a pair of brand new right hand drive (RHD--for driving on the left side of the road) Lucas TVS 700 lamps, the right stuff for just about any 1950s or 1960s British car, including MGA, MGB, Triumph TR2, TR3, TR4, Herald, Morris Minor, Mini, MG 1100, Magnette, Austin, Morris, Standard, Sunbeam, Hillman, and many others. These new genuine Lucas foglamps are imported from England.  They have LUCAS in red letters on the crests, but there are no other Lucas markings. ENGLAND is embossed on the glass. This is a very rare new old stock (NOS) Lucas WL12 red warning lamp assembly, correct for Jaguar E-Type, and Rover, Triumph TR3, and many other applications. It is in perfect, unused condition with a perfect chrome bezel and lens, unmarked barrel and new bulb holder. We have one of these excellent original lamps in stock.

This is a nicely made reproduction of the original Lucas 31126 switch used on many British cars of the 1950's and 1960's including the Austin-Healey 100 & 3000 to BJ7, MGA, MG TF, and Triumph TR2 & TR3. It controls the side, tail and head lamps. Terminals are brass as original. Knobs are available separately.

This is a good quality reproduction of the Lucas driving/fog/spotlamp bulbholder or plate contact assembly that fits the Lucas SFT576, SLR576, WFT576 and WLR576 lamps. It is designed for a single contact bulb. We also have new old stock (NOS) plate contact assemblies (bulb holders); contact us for those. This style horn was used in most British cars of the 1960s, and 1970s including MGB, MG Midget and 1100, Triumph TR4, TR250, TR6, TR7, Spitfire, later Austin-Healey 3000, Jaguar E-type, late Mark 2 and X, Land Rovers, and practically every other 12 Volt British car of the period. They are good quality reproductions but are not marked "Lucas". They sound like the originals.

This is the device that holds a British Prefocus (BPF) headlamp bulb in place.It is used with original PF770, P700 and PL700 and Le Mans headlamps.
