New distributor caps for older British cars are cheap. We sell new repro ones for $20 each. But they are made of very thin plastic and simply don't measure up to the original bakelite items like this one. This is a new reproduction Lucas P45t base (12V 45/40W) tungsten bulb. It is correct for Lucas PL700, European and J headlamps.

This is a British Prefocus (BPF) or P22D base (12V 65/55W) halogen headlamp bulb. It is compatible with Lucas PF770, original P700 and PL700 and Le Mans headlamps. This is a pair of good quality reproduction red Lucas L488 lenses imported from the UK. However, they lack the lettering of the originals.  The color of the lenses is actually in the glass; they are NOT colored by means of a coating that peels off when damaged, as is almost universally supplied elsewhere. They are correct for many, many British cars, including Jaguar XK120, Austin-Healey 100, early Land-Rover, Morris Minor Traveler, Triumph TR2, Austin, Aston Martin, and many others....

This is a reproduction of the beautiful Lucas L494 reverse lamp lens. It is a plain lens without any lettering in the center.The lenses correctly say "MADE IN ENGLAND" at the bottom, although the letter G in the word ENGLAND is illegible on some lenses.
