This a reproduction of the common floor-mounted dimmer or dipper switch used on most British cars of the 1950s and early 1960s. It is a new part, not made by Lucas, or Moss Motors. This is the an Intermotor Sports Coil, replacement for the famous Lucas Sports Coil that delivers a much higher voltage than standard ignition coils and therefore a hotter/more powerful spark than a normal coil for quicker starts and, theoretically, better fuel economy. This is a very good original jack from an MG Midget, probably from the 1970s. Earlier cars had the same jack but it was painted bright orange-red. Here is a good original air cleaner for a Jaguar Series I or Series II, 3.8 or 4.2, 1961 through 1971 (all 6-cyliner cars). It is sound, no dents or rust.
