This is a very rare Webasto sliding fabric sunroof from a Jaguar Mark I, Mark 2, 3.8S or 420. The fabric covering needs to be replaced but the frame is intact and complete, and the entire sheetmetal surrounding the sliding roof section is included, as the pictures show. While it would be a challenging job to install this in your Jaguar, it would be very rewarding! A Webasto-equipped Jaguar is almost a convertible, as the fabric roof covers most of the top of the car, and when it's open, the entire interior is open to the sky, even the back seat.
We have TWO of these roofs, amazingly enough! In fact, we have just about every part for Mark 2 and S-type Jags, including toolkits, manuals, overdrive gearboxes, good interior woodwork and reclining seats. Plus everything in between, and we do stock most common new parts for these wonderful old cars. We even drive one ourselves and work on them every day in our shop.
This is a large item, so we encourage local pickup but we are happy to strap it to a pallet and ship by freight.
