Lucas Square 8 foglamps are rare, especially NOS lamps with YELLOW lenses. They are in perfect, unmarked condition but with no original packaging remaining. This is a nice pair of original headlamp retaining rims for a Jaguar Mark VII. This is the outer chrome rim, also called a headlight "door." The chrome is good, but not perfect, a little dull. The rims are in good shape, not dented except for a small are which could easily be straightened. This is a new old stock rheostat, made in January, 1963 in the Lucas factory. It's unused in its wonderful old Lucas box, excellent apart from some sort of bloom that has begun on the insulator black, as the pictures show. It still works perfectly. These are perfect, NOS (new old stock) Lucas RER25 reflectors, made in England, for Morris Minor, Austin-Healey, Land-Rover, or any classic British or other European car which needs a bit of nighttime reflectivity in the back. This is a decent pair of early style (flat glass) SFT700S foglamps, as used on Austin-Healey 100, Jaguar XK120 and Mark V, Bristol, Bentley and other British cars in the 1950s and 1960s. This hydraulic switch is the right one for just about every British car made in the 1940s, 1950s, and early 1960s, including MGA, Triumph TR3, TR4, MGB, and Healey. It is also the correct switch for early Volvos, possibly Alfa-Romeos, and other cars. It has a 1/8" pipe thread and is pretty close to a universal switch.
