This is a fine accessory for any Jaguar owner. It is a semi-copy of the rare and very valuable original key fob usually fitted to Jaguars of the 1950s and 1960s with a black leather "torpedo" design. The key fob is of original English Morocco leather while the cloisonne enameled Jaguar badge is a new reproduction of the original, which was made by CUD. Originals were stamped with the CUD name on the reverse, but this reproduction does not have a maker's name. The quality of the cloisonne is quite good and detailing of the Jaguar head is also good, but we will be honest here and state that the original was more detailed. Original fobs sell for hundreds of dollars, and we have seen several with asking prices of well over $1,000. This one costs a fraction of those prices, yet from a couple of feet away, we would challenge anybody to tell the difference, and the leather fob portion is definitely authentic, made decades ago in England by the same company that made the original Jaguar fobs.
