New distributor caps for older Jaguars are cheap. We sell new repro ones for $20 each. But they are made of very thin plastic and simply don't measure up to the original bakelite items like this one. It was probably made in the 1960s or 1970s, and it features the LUCAS logo on the top and is made for screw-on plug wire ends. NOS, it has never been fitted to a car. It has some grubby marks and dust but would polish up nicely for a concours car.
