This is a rare NOS Rudge 3-speed bicycle chainguard. It is the correct type chainguard for virtually any popular English 3-speed bicycle. It is a rare late-style Rudge decal, Bronze Green. It has some scratches from poor storage in a bike shop. But it has not rust or dents, and I can attest that removing rust and dents from a chainguard and making the new paint look good is a tall order.
