This is a truly excellent used front Lucas L686 lamp, correct for a 1968-69 Austin-Healey Sprite or MG Midget. It will fit any year Midget or Sprite from 1961 through mid-1974, but 1970 and later cars used a different lens and 1967 and earlier used clear lenses, which are now very hard to find in good condition. We do have a good selection of the 1970-74 style lenses, though. Contact us about those.
Also, 1970 and newer Midgets had a different, cast lamp housing, although this one will work fine. We have several of those later cast housings in stock.
This lamp is in outstanding; clean and functional condition. The lens is new old stock, fresh out of the original Lucas box, the body is clean and rust-free and the chrome rim is very nearly perfect.
