This is a pair of handlebars, complete with levers, for a Raleigh of other English roadster bicycle of the 1950s equipped with roller-lever, brakes, also known as rod brakes. It is obviously in used condition with poor chrome plating, but it's a good candidate for restoration and the levers move freely with working springs.
