This is a very nice pair of L686 lamps with rare clear lenses for Austin-Healey Sprites and MG Midgets. It's correct for 1961-67 US-market cars, but it will fit all years of Sprites ad Midgets with chrome bumpers. 1968-69 US-market Sprites and Midgets used these same lamps, but with amber lenses. We can supply this pair of lamps with amber lenses, but for $10 cheaper, at $100 per pair.
The bodies have been chemically cleaned and Hammerite painted. The bulb sockets were good and clean to start with. New bulbs and rubber gaskets have been fitted (one lamp is show with no gasket in the pics, but that has since been replaced with a new one). Chrome rims are excellent and the lenses are in excellent condition. Wiring pigtails are clean and in very nice shape.
